Rebuilt Machinery

At our precision engineering facility we re-build over 30 different Goodyear Welted machines, bringing their performance back to full reliability. Every worn component is replaced and a full test undertaken before delivery.

A rebuilt machine from ESM will be more reliable than when it was brand new. That’s because ESM replace worn components with re-engineered ones that have their weaknesses strengthened.

The decision to have your machines rebuilt as opposed to investing in new, faster and more efficient machines, is a decision ESM can help you with. It depends on the production process you are using and whether one new machine can replace several old machines whilst maintaining production levels for example.
