ESM Performance
Faster footwear with fewer flaws from fewer staff?
If you are in the luxury footwear manufacturing sector, increasing volume of production without increasing other costs such as staff may seem a ridiculous notion. And trying to get well established processes changed to improve production is quite frankly a road you do not want to go down. Inevitably standards will drop if speed of production is ramped up from available resources. But what if you could actually increase production volume without sacrificing quality?
ESM Performance are now geared up to offer Goodyear Welted footwear manufacturers a pretty unique efficiency review for their production facilities. The review looks at the machinery in use, number of processes, current downtime statistics, spare usage volumes, operator comfort and fatigue, as well a whole host of other parameters that affect performance of your business. The goal is to help you identify and rectify areas to make a positive improvement to bottom line profits.
Roberto Petrozzi, ESM's Managing Director comments. "We've invested significantly in training facilities at our Manufacturing Plant in the UK. This is supporting our goal to offer a consultancy service through ESM Performance that delivers true savings for manufacturers. It also means we can demonstrate some of the most advanced Goodyear Welted footwear machines coming out of our factory and how these are making significant differences to some of the worlds leading footwear manufacturers. It doesn’t matter how big or small you are, improving efficiency and profits is essential in today’s economic climate."
