ESM Opens New Showroom and Training Facility

The European Shoe Machinery Company’s engineering site has recently been refurbished to include a showroom displaying all the latest high performance Goodyear Welt Footwear Machinery.

New and existing customers are invited to demonstration sessions to see for themselves how ESM machines enable you to increase performance and reliability whilst reducing defects and downtime, resulting in a significant increase in profits.

As well as the new showroom, ESM have also expanded their machine rebuilding facilities, realising that customers are increasingly seeing the advantages of having their old machines rebuilt to a standard higher than many new machines on the market.

The training facility is part of ESM's strategy to provide the highest level of customer support. Training and demonstration sessions are aimed at production managers and operators that are new to ESM's high performance machines. The session explains and demonstrates how to get the most performance out of the machine, resulting in higher productivity and greater operator satisfaction. Business owners and Financial Directors are also welcomed to the facility to learn how the revolutionary machines can transform business profits.

Within the refurbished site is ESM's manufacturing facility. Continuous investment in the precision engineering arm of the company means that all parts for ESM's machines as well as USM and BUSM machines are now manufactured in-house to an incredibly high standard. The performance capability of the machinery manufactured means that parts have to be engineered, as the ESM mantra states, quite literally 'beyond just tolerance'.

The quality of engineering from ESM has seen the company open up opportunities in industries such as automotive and aviation. The capability is full service, from consultation through to design and manufacture.
